If you’ve forgotten your password and are having trouble logging in, don’t worry––we’ve got you covered.
To reset your password:
1. On your login screen, select Trouble logging in?
2. Enter your email address
3. Enter the verfication code sent to your email address or your mobile number
4. Enter and confirm your new password
Once your password is changed, you can log back in to GlobeSend.
If you’re already logged in, you can change your password anytime on Settings.
